1.Turn on the main power supply of the laser cutting machine and wait for the machine to complete homing.
2.Turn on the power supplies of the fan and air pump to ensure unobstructed working environment.
3.Turn on the laser switch to ensure the laser machine emits light normally, and turn on the lighting switch at the same time to provide a clear working view.
4.Press the pulse key to check whether the laser can be emitted normally.
5.Connect the computer to the machine via a USB cable, and then start the control software. On the software interface, try to operate with the up, down, left and right keys, and observe whether the machine can move according to the instructions. If the machine responds smoothly, it indicates that the computer and the machine have been connected successfully.
6.Place the workpiece properly and adjust the focal length (usually we only need to measure the distance from the cutting nozzle to the material surface). For thicker materials, it is recommended to use long-focus lenses for cutting, while short-focus lenses are suitable for fine engraving.
7.Transfer the file through the computer, the machine will perform positioning and move along the border (this step is to ensure that the area of the cutting file is within the effective processing area of the workpiece), and then the engraving work can be started.
After completing the engraving, you need to shut down the equipment in the correct order: first turn off the laser power switch, then the main power supply, followed by the chiller, fan and air pump, and finally turn off the voltage stabilizer switch.
