.First of all, the laser marking machine shall not be placed in an environment with high humidity, heavy dust or flowing steam. Potential hazards: fire or electric shock.
.Disconnect the power cord and all other cables before moving the laser marking machine. Potential hazards: equipment damage, fire, personal injury or electric shock.
.Do not place the power cord of the laser marking machine close to heaters; otherwise, it may cause fire or electric shock. The laser marking machine is precision-designed and maintenance-free.
.Make sure to turn off the power before disconnecting the power cord and other cables of the marking machine; otherwise, it will cause equipment damage.
.Do not place the laser marking machine in high-temperature environments, especially avoid direct sunlight exposure or placement near heaters. Otherwise, it may cause fire or deterioration of parts and equipment surfaces.
.Unplug the power plug from the socket when handling and maintaining the laser marking machine to avoid electric shock.
.When disconnecting the power cord, hold the plug instead of pulling the cable directly.
.Unplug the power supply when the laser marking machine is not in use for a long time to prevent fire hazards.
.Do not unplug the power plug with wet hands to avoid electric shock.
.Do not place any objects on the laser marking machine.
.Turn off the power supply when cleaning the lens.
.Do not move the equipment when any objects are placed on it.
.Do not block the ventilation holes to ensure normal heat dissipation of the machine.
.Do not modify the fiber laser marking machine. Do not apply heat, excessive force to bend, twist or stretch the optical fiber, nor place heavy objects on the fiber cable, as this may damage the fiber. The specified minimum bending radius of the fiber cable is 150mm or above. Bending, squeezing, stretching or heating the fiber cable will not only cause equipment failure, but also impair the performance of the instrument.
.During daily operation, it is recommended to install exhaust equipment and air purifiers according to exhaust gas and waste generated by laser processing of different materials. Certain materials may produce toxic fumes or particles, and dust accumulated inside the equipment may lead to malfunction or fire.
.Turn off the power supply when cleaning the lens, otherwise it may cause personal injury. Do not place hands within the laser marking area.
