Local material is instantly stripped via photochemical decomposition with barely any obvious heat generation. The heataffected zone is less than 0.1 mm, avoiding material burning and deformation.
3.Highprecision Mark Formation Equipped with a highspeed galvanometer scanning system, the UV laser marking machine focuses ultraviolet laser into an ultrafine light spot as small as 15 μm.
