.Poorquality drawing files for laser marking. Readjust the drawing.
.Improper equipment parameter settings. Readjust pincushionbarrel distortion and horizontal straightness in distortion correction.
.Incorrect adjustment of the equipment ammeter. Recommission the device.
.Malfunction of the marking software or system. Reposition the marking software or system.
.Damaged galvanometer. Replace the galvanometer for testing.
.Optical path failure of the CO₂ laser marking machine. Check whether the nitrogen lamp is aged. Aging of the nitrogen lamp directly reduces the laser output power. During longhour marking in production, the dielectric film of the laser system is prone to contamination, which causes light leakage from the totalreflection mirror and further lowers output power. In practical production, blindly adjusting the positions of the resonant cavity and dielectric film without clear knowledge of machine conditions will reduce both laser output power and laser divergence angle.
.Adjustment of the beam expander. Align the incident laser beam to the center of the beam expander inlet, and align the outgoing beam to the center of the outlet. The alignment of incident and outgoing beams exerts a significant influence on marking quality. Typical symptoms include reduced laser power, uneven laser intensity distribution, misalignment between the softwaredefined graphic center and the physical center of the galvanometer, inconsistent centering, and failure to achieve expected beamexpanding performance.
.Flickering laser spot during marking. Check the fastening status of the resonant cavity and film holder, the fixation of the concentrating cavity, and verify that the YAG crystal is fastened with appropriate tightness.
.Problems when importing PLT files via software: Always adjust graphic dimensions with a fixed scaling ratio for graphic zooming, so as to avoid graphic distortion during marking.
